Welcome to What I Wish I Knew by Dental Head Start. This is a podcast where we learn from people that have been there, made the mistakes, learnt the lessons and have developed into the accomplished dental professionals they are today.

It’s your weekly mentoring session.

For me, 2020 opened my eyes in a number of ways. I never expected to be unable to work. I had not thought deeply enough about wealth creation and financial security. Yet I also learnt that i can survive easily with less and have more of what really matters – time – especially with my daughter.

In the end, this for me was a year I’ll never forget as it’s set certain trajectories that cannot be undone, and that will have immense impacts on the rest of my life.

This episode is a recap. Its three perspectives of the year – Associate, Owner and Public dentistry. But its also about lessons learnt and future plans. A casual chat with two highly respected colleagues and friends – Dr Omid Azami and Dr Jesse Green.

“Prevention is better than cure”

3M™ Clinpro™ White Varnish with Tri-Calcium Phosphate, an ideal varnish for every generation.

Clinpro™ White Varnish 5% Sodium Fluoride with Tri-Calcium Phosphate (TCP) is a proprietary formula that contains fluoride, calcium and phosphate—components naturally found in saliva. Containing 22,600ppm of fluoride, it delivers targeted and sustained fluoride and calcium release. Clinpro White Varnish flows across tooth surfaces and comes in contact with saliva, releasing fluoride and calcium over the life of the varnish—up to 24 hours!

Studies have shown that the longer a varnish is in contact with teeth, the more effective it is.*

Simply put, staying in contact matters.

So for your next prevention consultation why wouldn’t you consider 3M Clinpro White Varnish?
