Welcome to What I Wish I Knew by Dental Head Start. This is a podcast where we learn from people that have been there, made the mistakes, learnt the lessons and have developed into the accomplished dental professionals they are today.
It’s your weekly mentoring session.
Patients come to us for guidance. However, early on in our career, making the decision between filling, inlay, onlay or crown can be a difficult call.
In this episode we chat with Dr Michael Frazis about this decision and the challanges he found with this early in his career.
Once we know what’s best, it’s crucial we communicate it well and don’t confuse our patients while also letting them make an informed decision. Dr Frazis shares the way he explains treatment in his everyday practice.

Dr Frazis enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with a particular interest in cosmetic work, complex surgery and nervous patients. He spent the first few years of his career focusing on patient communication and expanding his basic skill set.
