Welcome to What I Wish I Knew by Dental Head Start. This is a podcast where we learn from people that have been there, made the mistakes, learnt the lessons and have developed into the accomplished dental professionals they are today.
It’s your weekly mentoring session.
Marketing yourself and your practice is becoming a huge part of Dentistry. It can seem you always need to be prominent on Facebook, Instagram and Google to ensure that you are maximising your chances of growing your practice and patient base. However, often times the secret to growth and retention is already in your practice. When her practice fell off the face of Google Dr Cigdem Kipel learnt this the hard way.
Our first episode is all about how to maximise your patient referrals and keep and treasure the patients you have.
This 15 minute episode is absolutely packed with tips and advice for:
- 5:30 – Creating a great patient experience
- 9:10 – Relaxed and natural techniques for stimulating and asking for referrals and feedback
- 12:10 – Extra ways you can thank and show your patients that you value them
- 13:30 – Ideas for tracking referrals, feedback and patient retention
I know I learnt a lot in my chat with Cigdem, and really hope you do too. Let us know what you think about the new podcast!
